Custom Volleyball Shorts — Compression & Team Fit

Volleyball shorts fail in two specific ways when a factory doesn't understand the sport: the waistband rolls during dives and digs, or the compression layer loses recovery after a handful of washes. Ours are built on a 200 GSM poly-spandex blend at an 88/12 ratio, which holds compression through repeated stretching in a way that lighter 90/10 blends don't. Waistbands are a flat elastic channel stitched at four points, not a single-line stitch, so they don't twist or roll under lateral movement. We manufacture both compression-style shorts (women's is the higher-demand cut here) and looser team shorts for programs that prefer a traditional fit over compression. Inseam lengths are offered at 2", 4", and 6" since league rules and personal preference vary by region and level. Side panels can carry sublimated team branding without distorting the stretch zone, which is a common defect when printing is outsourced to a shop that doesn't test print-on-stretch fabric first — ours is tested in-house before any bulk run ships. Minimum order is 25 units per design, with 6-day sampling and 15 to 18 day bulk turnaround.
