A cycling jersey is judged on fit before anything else in this market — a relaxed athletic cut reads as beginner gear to serious riders, so we build ours on a genuine race-fit block: close through the torso, longer in the back hem to stay tucked while bent over the bars, and set-in raglan sleeves that don't bunch at the shoulder in an aggressive riding position. Fabric runs 140 GSM microfiber polyester with a mesh side panel for airflow at the areas that generate the most heat during sustained effort. The rear features a standard three-pocket cargo layout plus a zippered valuables pocket, sewn on structured elastic that holds shape loaded with a phone, gels, and a spare tube rather than sagging by the second hour of a ride. Full-length front zip is standard, with a garage flap behind the zipper to prevent chafing at the chin and chest. We produce both club/team-branded runs and event-organizer runs (gran fondos, charity rides) needing large one-off batches with a single design. Minimum order is 25 units per design, sample lead time 7 working days, bulk production 15 to 20 days.
