Warm-up kit is where most manufacturers cut corners — thin fabric, loose sizing tolerances, colors that don't quite match the match-day jersey. We build to match-day standard, not warm-up standard. Every jacket and tracksuit set is cut from the same pattern grading used across our jersey line, so a size Medium in the warm-up jacket sits identically to a size Medium in the competition jersey — something most factories don't bother reconciling across product lines. Fabric runs 220 GSM brushed poly-spandex with underarm stretch-mesh gussets, sewn for range of motion through overhead swing and lateral shuffle drills specific to volleyball warm-ups. We've built these for club programs running 15+ team orders a season and single school programs ordering once a year — the process scales either way, with your pattern held on file after the first order so re-orders skip resampling entirely. Sublimation, embroidery, and screen print are all done in-house, not outsourced to a third-party printer, which is the difference between a 3-week and a 6-week turnaround when a season deadline is tight. Minimum order starts at 30 units per design, with sample production in 7 working days and bulk runs completed in 20 to 25 days depending on order size.
