Ventilation mesh is placed at the underarm and upper back, not printed-on perforation, because printed mesh cracks under repeated sublimation heat-press cycles and real cut-in mesh doesn't. Necklines are self-fabric ribbed, not iron-on binding, so they hold shape through a full season of washing rather than curling at the edges by week six. We produce men's, women's, and youth cuts on separate grading, not one unisex block resized — women's jerseys get a tapered waist and shorter torso length rather than just a smaller men's cut.
