Custom Cycling Caps — Team Branded Cotton Caps

The cycling cap is the smallest item in a kit order and the one clubs almost never skip, since it doubles as podium/presentation wear and everyday branding once a rider is off the bike. We manufacture in a lightweight cotton-poly blend with a stiffened brim, since the brim needs to hold its shape and flip up or down for sun/rain without going soft after a few washes the way an unstiffened brim does. The fit is a low-profile, close-crown cut designed to sit comfortably under a helmet without adding bulk, which is a functional requirement specific to cycling caps versus a casual streetwear cap. Sublimated all-over print or embroidered front panel are both available, with all-over print being the more common choice for team designs since it covers the full cap surface rather than a single embroidered logo. Caps are one of the easiest add-ons to bundle into a jersey or team kit order since they share color/branding files directly from the main design. Minimum order is 30 units per design, sample lead time 6 working days, bulk production 12 to 15 days.
