Custom No-Gi Grappling Spats — Full-Length Compression Leggings

Spats have to survive the highest-friction contact point in grappling — the mat itself, through hours of guard work and positional drilling — while staying compressive enough not to bunch or roll at the knee during scrambles. We manufacture in the same 190 GSM poly-spandex as our rash guards, with an articulated knee panel cut on the bias so the fabric flexes with knee bend rather than pulling tight or bagging out during extended ground positions. Ankle cuffs use a narrow flat-lock band, tight enough to stay put through takedowns without cutting circulation during long rolls. Full-length sublimated printing is standard, front and back, since spats are one of the most visible branding surfaces in a no-gi kit next to the rash guard. We size across a full adult range plus a dedicated youth block for grappling programs running junior no-gi classes. Minimum order is 20 units per design, sample lead time 6 working days, bulk production 15 to 18 days.
