Custom Boxing Gloves — Training & Sparring Weight

Boxing gloves are judged on hand protection and shape retention more than any other spec — a glove that packs down or loses its form after weeks of bag work isn't doing its job, regardless of how it looks new. We manufacture with a multi-layer injection-molded foam core (layered density rather than a single foam block, since a single-density foam either protects on impact or cushions on the wrist, rarely both), wrapped in genuine leather or high-density PU shell depending on order spec. Wrist support uses a wide hook-and-loop closure with an internal support strap, since wrist rotation stress during bag and pad work is the most common failure point on budget gloves. We produce across the standard weight range (8oz through 16oz) for training and sparring, plus a separate competition-lace or velcro-competition spec for gyms outfitting fighters for sanctioned bouts. Stitching runs double-lock at the seam panels, the point where cheaper gloves split first under repeated impact. Minimum order is 50 pairs per design/weight combination, sample lead time 15 working days (molded foam and leather goods require longer sampling than cut-and-sew apparel), bulk production 30 to 35 days.
