Custom Thermal Cycling Jackets — Winter Team Kit

Winter kit fails riders in one of two ways when a manufacturer treats it as a heavier version of a summer jersey — either it's warm but doesn't breathe, leaving a rider soaked in sweat on a climb, or it breathes but doesn't hold heat on the descent that follows. We build ours from a thermal-bonded, brushed-fleece-backed fabric with a windproof laminate on the front panels only, mirroring the gilet's zone logic but for full cold-weather riding rather than a layering piece. Back and underarm panels use a lighter thermal fabric without the windproof laminate, so heat generated during sustained climbing effort has somewhere to escape rather than building up under a fully sealed shell. Cuffs are elasticated with a thumb-loop option, keeping wind out at the wrist without needing separate arm warmers underneath. Full-length front zip includes an insulated wind flap, and the rear carries the same three-pocket cargo layout as our summer jerseys so riders don't lose storage capacity in winter kit. Minimum order is 20 units per design, sample lead time 10 working days, bulk production 20 to 25 days.
