Custom Cycling Arm & Leg Warmers

Warmers solve the problem a full jacket or thermal bib can't — variable weather within a single ride, where a rider needs coverage at the start and none of it two hours later once the temperature climbs. We build ours in a compression-fit thermal poly-spandex that stays in place under a jersey sleeve or over a bib short leg without slipping, using a silicone gripper band at the top rather than plain elastic, matching the same logic we use in our bib short leg hems. Arm warmers include a reinforced underarm seam since this is the highest-friction point during the shoulder rotation of pedaling, and leg warmers use a slightly wider gripper band at the thigh to hold against a bib short's leg opening without a visible gap. Both pack down small enough to fit in a jersey pocket once removed mid-ride, matching the same practical requirement as our gilets. Sublimated branding runs the full length rather than a small logo, since warmers are a visible kit piece worn on their own once outer layers come off. Minimum order is 20 units per design (arm and leg warmers can be combined in one order to hit MOQ), sample lead time 6 working days, bulk production 12 to 15 days.
