Custom Libero Jerseys — Contrast Volleyball Uniforms

The libero jersey has one job most other jerseys don't: it has to be instantly readable as a different color from the rest of the roster from across the court, under gym lighting, at match speed. That contrast requirement changes how we build it — dye lots for libero jerseys are run and checked separately from the main roster order, since a shade that looks "close enough" on a swatch card can read as too similar under fluorescent gym lighting. Fabric is the same 160 GSM interlock used in our standard jerseys, so fit and hand-feel match the rest of the team, but the cut carries slightly deeper underarm venting since liberos cover more court distance per rally than front-row players. We produce libero jerseys as an add-on to a full team kit order or as a standalone reorder for teams that only need to replace their libero piece mid-season. Minimum order is 15 units, which is lower than our standard jersey MOQ since libero jerseys are typically ordered in smaller quantities — usually one to three per team. Sample turnaround is 6 working days, bulk production 15 to 18 days.
