Custom Cycling Bib Shorts — Race Fit with Chamois

Bib shorts solve a problem regular shorts can't — no waistband means nothing digs into the stomach during the hours a rider spends bent forward over the bars. We build ours with mesh bib straps that sit flat under a jersey without adding bulk, and a wide leg-gripper hem using silicone strip rather than plain elastic, since silicone holds position on the thigh through a full ride without the leg riding up or leaving a pressure mark that plain elastic does. Fabric is a compression-grade 8-panel or 6-panel poly-spandex construction (panel count affects fit precision — more panels means a closer anatomical fit but higher production cost, so we offer both depending on budget and use case). Chamois pads are sourced from a specialist chamois supplier and inset with a flat-lock stitch to avoid a seam sitting directly under sit-bone pressure points, available in club-training and higher-density race-day pad options. We produce both men's and women's specific cuts, since women's bibs need a shorter torso panel and different chamois shape rather than a resized men's pattern. Minimum order is 25 units per design, sample lead time 8 working days, bulk production 18 to 22 days.
