Custom Cycling Gilets — Wind & Water-Resistant Vests

A gilet earns its place in a rider's kit bag by solving one specific problem — core temperature drop on descents or in shifting weather, without the bulk of a full jacket that gets stuffed in a jersey pocket the moment the sun comes back out. We build ours with a windproof, water-resistant front panel and a breathable mesh back, so the vest blocks wind chill where it matters most (chest and core) without trapping heat across the whole torso the way a full-front-and-back windproof piece would. It packs down small enough to fit in a jersey's center pocket, which is a real usability requirement riders check for — a gilet that doesn't compress small is left at home rather than carried. Full-length front zip with a storm flap and an elasticated hem keep it in place over a jersey during descents at speed. Sublimated branding runs across the back panel to match team jersey design. Minimum order is 20 units per design, sample lead time 8 working days, bulk production 15 to 20 days.
