Custom Cycling Shorts — Waistband Fit with Chamois

Not every rider or region wants bib shorts — some prefer a standard waistband for convenience during rest-stop bathroom breaks on longer rides, and some markets simply favor this style over bibs by habit. We build ours with a wide, low-profile elastic waistband reinforced with an internal drawcord, positioned to sit comfortably below the navel without the roll-down issue that a plain elastic band develops after repeated wear in a forward riding position. Leg hems use the same silicone gripper construction as our bib shorts, and the same chamois sourcing and flat-lock inset process applies here, so quality is consistent across both product lines rather than treating the non-bib version as a lesser product. Fabric matches our bib shorts at compression-grade poly-spandex, available in both 6-panel and 8-panel construction. Men's and women's specific cuts are both produced. Minimum order is 25 units per design, sample lead time 8 working days, bulk production 18 to 22 days.
