Custom Cycling Team Kits — Jersey & Bib Short Sets

Clubs sourcing jersey and bib shorts as separate orders run into the same problem team managers hit everywhere else — mismatched dye lots, two lead times, two shipments to track and reconcile against a roster list. We run team kits as one combined production job: jersey and bib shorts cut, dyed, and printed together so branding color reads identically across both pieces, then packed and shipped as one delivery. Both pieces share the same sublimation print run, which matters more in cycling than most other sports since kit is worn as a full visual unit at close range during group rides and races. Kits are packed per rider, jersey and bib bagged together by size, which saves a club committee the job of manually matching two separate boxes to a roster before handout. We support club and race-team orders with a single design, and can accommodate a sponsor-logo update mid-season without a full resample if the base pattern stays the same. Minimum order is 25 kits per design, sample lead time 9 working days, bulk production 20 to 25 days.
