Orders & Quotations
All quotations are subject to confirmation and are valid for a limited period unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit as outlined in our Payment Policy.
Product Customization
Custom orders (colors, logos, sizing, branding) are produced based on the specifications and artwork approved by the customer. Please review samples and proofs carefully, as production begins only after your approval.
Minimum Order Quantities
Minimum order quantities (MOQs) may apply depending on the product and level of customization. Current MOQs are provided at the time of quotation.
Intellectual Property
Website content, product designs, and materials remain the property of US Sports CLUB unless otherwise agreed. Customer-supplied logos and artwork remain the property of the customer.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
